1. Introduction & Pilot Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of Good to Share, a digital platform facilitating the discovery, reservation, and personal collection of surplus food items from licensed food business operators situated within the Kochi pilot area, Kerala, India.
Good to Share operates as an intermediary marketplace platform. Good to Share does not prepare, handle, cook, inspect, package, or transport any food product. All food products made available on the platform are sold and fulfilled directly by independent third-party merchant partners.
2. Model: Strictly Pickup Only
The platform operates strictly on a self-collection (pickup-only) model. No delivery service, delivery agents, couriers, or shipping mechanisms are provided or arranged. The customer is solely responsible for travelling to the merchant’s physical business premises and collecting the reserved food during the confirmed pickup window.
3. User Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place reservations on Good to Share. You agree to provide accurate, current contact information. User roles are strictly separated: registration creates a customer role; merchant status requires an approved application with verified credentials; administrative privileges cannot be self-assigned.
4. Food Descriptions, Allergens & Quality
Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all food details, ingredient disclosures, allergen warnings, and consumption instructions. Customers with food allergies or severe dietary sensitivities must exercise caution and review allergen notices prior to reserving items.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes. Prices reflect a reduction against the merchant’s standard retail prices. Payments are processed via authorised payment gateway providers.
6. Modifications & Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Kochi/Ernakulam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
